I’m the Managing Principal of The Human Resources Network, LLC and a successful career designer. I work with professionals all over the world to plan their career path, create a development plan to get there, and to do it!I’ve worked with corporations such as Target, Zurich, Allianz, and Marsh as well as The Weather Channel. My consulting assignments have focused on performance management programs, talent management, training and development and employee relation functions in multiple industries. I’ve worked with people all across North America with all aspects of career coaching and counseling.Prior to founding The Human Resources Network, I was Vice President of Human Resources for Marsh. My credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of Toledo and national recognition as a certified SPHR, Senior Professional in Human Resource Management.
